Nutrition/Dietetic Coaching 

Nutrition/dietetic coaching provides you with support and accountability to make long-term, sustainable changes. Whether your goals are related to weight loss, performance, managing a health condition or improving your relationship with food our evidenced-based protocols are tailored-made, specific and individual to your preferences, lifestyle and desired goals. Receive ongoing support and guidance from a Registered Dietitian. 

All consultations are online. 

You may be able to claim back some or all fees of consultations through private health insurance 

Who will benefit from nutrition coaching?

If you opt for the nutrition and exercise coaching you will receive a bespoke exercise plan individual and tailored to your needs, preferences and desired goals.

Bespoke Nutrition Coaching

  • Initial in-depth (upto 1 hour) dietetic consultation

  • Educational resources 

  • Recipe book 

  • Fortnightly consultation check-ins to ensure you are on the right path to your goals

  • Daily habit tracking 

  • App access to enable you to track food, exercise and monitor progress

  • Education about behaviour and habits and facilitating change

  • Ongoing education, amendments and changes to your plan each fortnight

  • We understand that regular support is essential. You will have weekly check-ins with Sinéad either via message or form

  • Ongoing accountability through texts and messages

  • Designed with a flexible approach, you can eat the foods you enjoy the most
