About Sinéad
My passion for food, health, and fitness began early, shaped by my upbringing in a home where fresh, homemade meals were the norm and food was often a topic of conversation, thanks to my mum, a home economics teacher. Competing in athletics and football further fueled my interest, eventually leading me to pursue a career as a Clinical Dietitian.

With extensive experience at one of Ireland’s leading maternity and women’s hospitals, I’ve seen firsthand how personalised nutrition can transform health and confidence at every stage of life. I also know how confusing and frustrating it can be to navigate conflicting advice and feel stuck when nothing seems to work. My own experience of feeling overwhelmed by diets and misinformation as a teenager drives my mission to simplify nutrition and offer evidence-based, practical guidance.

Having worked with hundreds of women, I understand the challenges you face, from juggling busy schedules to overcoming emotional barriers. My approach cuts through the noise, creating realistic, sustainable plans that fit seamlessly into your life—without restrictive diets or unrealistic expectations. Together, we’ll focus on building habits that last, leaving you feeling empowered, energised, and in control of your health.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way as we create meaningful, lasting changes that work for you and your lifestyle.
