Hi I'm Sinéad, your new friend, committed to help you become the version of yourself.

Working as a Clinical Dietitian at one of Ireland’s leading maternity and women’s hospitals, I saw firsthand the transformative power of proper nutrition in women’s health. I also witnessed the overwhelming amount of misinformation online, much of it targeting women and steering them in the wrong direction.

 

That’s why I created the Nourish to Flourish programme—to give you accurate, evidence-based nutrition guidance that empowers you to make informed decisions about your health. My mission is to provide realistic, effective and sustainable solutions that fit into your life and help you achieve your goals.

 

Trying to navigate your health journey alone can be incredibly challenging. Making lasting changes can feel overwhelming.

Is this programme for me?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, exhausted by dieting cycles, or struggling to maintain consistent, healthy habits, this programme offers a clear, science-backed plan tailored to women’s health. You’ll learn how to nourish your body, reach a comfortable weight without guilt or restriction, and make lasting changes, all with the support of a Registered Dietitian. Nourish to Flourish helps you create a strong foundation for long-term physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Why does Nourish to Flourish work?

Nourish to Flourish works because it’s not about quick fixes or strict diets—it’s about building sustainable, healthy habits that fit into your life. The programme provides step-by-step guidance, evidence-based nutrition, and ongoing support, allowing you to make small, manageable changes that lead to lasting results. You’ll feel empowered to make confident decisions about your health, supported every step of the way by the community and resources provided.

How does the programme run?

You'll gain access to our education portal and app, featuring easy-to-follow video lessons on key topics like macronutrients, mindset, and female health (including perimenopause/menopause). Work through the content at your own pace and enjoy 5 recipe books plus a workbook to help you apply the lessons.

The programme is run in two phases.

Nourish to Flourish: The 6-week challenge provides the foundation for long-term success with weekly group calls, personalised check-ins, and community support to help you build sustainable habits.

Nourish to Flourish for Life: After the 6-week challenge, Nourish to Flourish for Life keeps you on track with bi-weekly group calls, expert speakers, and app access to monitor progress. You’ll stay motivated with continued community support and have direct access to Sinéad for ongoing guidance.

How long do I need to commit to the programme?

The initial 6-week challenge lays the foundations, and with the ongoing programme, including continued support, new resources, and in-person meet ups, challenges, guest speakers- you can continue to build on your progress —creating lifelong results! You can cancel at anytime after the initial 6-weeks.

Do I need to count calories or follow strict rules?

No! Nourish to Flourish is all about flexibility and making choices that work for you. There’s no calorie counting or restrictive dieting required—just guidance to help you create balanced, nutritious meals and develop a positive relationship with food.

How much does it cost?

The initial 6-week Nourish to Flourish challenge is €149. Nourish to Flourish for Life is just €49 per month, providing ongoing support to help you maintain your progress. Since I am a CORU Registered Dietitian, you may be eligible to claim back part of the cost through your health insurance—potentially up to 70%, depending on your policy. Be sure to check your policy for details.

Will I have a chance to ask questions?

Of course! The first weeks includes weekly group Zoom sessions, offering a supportive space for learning, sharing, and connecting with others on the same journey. In the membership, we continue with live calls every second week to keep the momentum going. Our private Nourish to Flourish app group is where you can ask questions, share your progress, and bond with fellow members. I personally moderate the group to ensure it's a safe and encouraging space. Plus, you’ll have the option to message me privately whenever you need extra support.

If I sign up and decide it's not for me can I get a refund? 

Refunds are not offered once any programme materials are distributed (personal plans, recipe books, workbook or any of the video content). 

Will I lose weight?

Nourish to Flourish is designed to help you improve your overall health and well-being, and for many participants, that includes reaching a comfortable. It’s not just about weight—it’s about having more energy, feeling stronger, setting a good example for your kids, and making choices that support your long-term health. By focusing on nourishing your body instead of the scale, positive changes naturally follow, helping you build habits that boost both your physical and emotional well-being, leaving you feeling confident and at ease in your body.

Nourish to Flourish is NOT.... 

A FAD DIET or QUICK FIX 

If you're seeking a quick-fix diet plan or focused solely on rapid weight loss, this isn’t the place for you. Nourish to Flourish prioritises health, teaching you how to fuel your body for lifelong well-being.

 

 

PERSONAL COUNSELLING

While Sinéad offers group counseling calls, these are not a substitute for individual counseling. If you require more personalised, intensive support, 1:1 dietetic coaching may be a better fit. Alternatively, as a Nourish to Flourish member, you can access discounted 1:1 dietetic consultations with Sinéad.
