Looking for a satisfying snack that's not only delicious but also high in protein? Look no further than this simple yet delightful Greek yogurt berry bowl! As a Registered Dietitian who values both taste and nutrition, I've perfected this go-to snack that requires minimal effort but delivers maximum flavour and nourishment. This is one of my favourite go to snacks, it requires minimal effort but tastes delicious, oh and it's a good source of protein, ticking all the boxes for me!


  • 125g of Greek yogurt (Opt for the 0% fat version for a lighter option that's still rich and creamy.)

  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (Fresh or frozen, the choice is yours!)

  • 1 teaspoon of honey (For a touch of natural sweetness)


  1. Mix it Up: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and mixed berries, stirring gently until well combined.

  2. Sweeten to Taste: Drizzle a teaspoon of honey over the yogurt and berries, adding a hint of sweetness to enhance the flavors.

  3. Enjoy: Grab a spoon and dig into your delicious creation, savoring each spoonful of creamy yogurt, juicy berries, and sweet honey.
