I am a CORU Registered Dietitian (RD) and Performance Nutritionist.
Navigating the world of nutrition can be daunting- trust me, I've been there.. My fascination of the effect of food on our health led me to explore countless diets... that ultimately sparked my interest in nutrition and dietetics and after completing seven years of university education, now I'm here to guide you on your health journey.
