Will I have a chance to ask questions?

Yes of course! We will have a weekly group counselling session for everyone enrolled. You can also ask questions in our private Facebook group. Sinéad will be moderating the group, which is a safe place and supportive community to interact with others on the same journey. You will also have the opportunity to ask Sinead directly.

How long is this programme? 

The programme runs for 6-weeks and it is virtual. 

Can I claim back on health insurance?

If you have private health insurance the programme may be covered! Check with your insurance company.

 

Will I get a prescriptive diet plan?

We don’t give prescriptive diet plans that map out every bite for you and come with ‘eat this, not that’ lists. Simply because, they don’t work long term. However, we will guide you and you will learn how to create balanced meals to meet your goals.

 

Will I lose weight?

This programme is not specifically designed for weight loss. Although, when adopting more nutritious eating habits weight loss may occur for some people. Sign up not because your sole desire is to lose weight but because you want to feel more confident in your body; set a good example for your kids; provide your body with the nourishment it needs for life; improve your relationship with food; stop yoyo dieting; and because you want to do something good for yourself.
